Plan Your Event

Welcome to Field + Fork Catering by Chartwells! Our mission is to provide you with exceptional quality, exceptional service and a creative cutting-edge culinary experience. Our professional staff is available to assist in planning your special event Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Please contact our catering coordinator at 254-710-7550 for customized service and menus.

Policies & Procedures

To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service, we kindly ask that events be booked 7 business days or more in advance. We understand events arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Events booked with less than 5 business days may have a limited selection. Orders placed 5 business days or less prior to the event date will be subject to a $50.00 Late Order fee.

Guest Counts

We kindly request a confirmed number of guests be specified 5 business days prior to the event. This number is considered the guaranteed guest count.

Event Time

Events are billed in four-hour increments. Events exceeding the four-hour limit will be subject to additional $50 service fees.

Cancellation

We kindly request that cancellations must be made five business days prior to the contracted event date.

Service ware and China

All disposable service ware will be furnished as accompaniment to all items purchased, all china events will have server fee of $25 per server per hour. Some exceptions apply to orders being picked up. We provide high quality disposable plastic ware. China and glassware is available for an additional charge of $3.99 per person.

Linen

Tablecloths are supplied for all food and beverages service tables at events. Tablecloths for nonfood tables, 52x114 for rectangular tables and 85x85 for round tables, are available for $6.99 per tablecloth.

Tax Exempt

We request tax-exempt forms to be emailed to FieldandFork@compass-usa.com three business days prior to the event.

Billing & Payment

A form of payment (check, cost center or credit card) is required at least 3 business days prior to the event date. We require that the contracts and supporting documents are submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time to confirm your event. We now have a penalty charge of 50.00 if all required documents are not received on time. We will also send you a reminder to avoid this penalty charge 3 business days prior to your event. For non-university affiliated/ off-campus organizations, a deposit is required upon event confirmation and balance will need to be fully paid prior to the event date.

Special Diets

Special diets are accommodated upon request, we kindly request that your needs be submitted 5 business days prior to the event

Meeting Room and Equipment

Please reserve all non-food related equipment by contacting Baylor operations at 254-710-7550. This will include room reservation, set and room configuration, audio visual and other general information.

Disclaimer

All catering events will be subject to a delivery fee of $25.00
